1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the website and the operator of 918kis. References to “you”, “your”, “player”, or “user” mean the registered account holder. One account per player

Account security

Unless otherwise displayed in the cashier, the primary account currency for Malaysian players is MYR. A provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion costs. 918kis is not responsible for fees independently charged by a bank, e-wallet provider, blockchain network, or payment intermediary.

5 Withdrawals

Where practical, 918kis may return funds through the same method used to deposit. An alternative verified method may be required if the original channel cannot receive withdrawals.

Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. A withdrawal remains pending until approved and released by 918kis and subsequently completed by the payment provider.

6 Betting, Casino Games and Results

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Only one promotion may be claimed per eligible player, household, device, payment method, or network where stated. Hedging opposite outcomes, creating linked accounts, delaying game rounds, using irregular betting patterns, or coordinating activity to extract promotional value without genuine risk may be treated as bonus abuse. 918kis may remove the affected bonus and related winnings after review.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You must use 918kis lawfully, honestly, and only for personal recreation. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Registering while under 21, while self-excluded, or using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing another person to control your 918kis account.
• Using stolen funds, third-party payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or misleading documents.
• Colluding with other players or using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated betting software, or exploit techniques.

10 Suspension and Account Closure

A responsible gambling closure or self-exclusion is treated differently from an ordinary account closure and may prevent reactivation.

918kis may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, material breach, payment dispute, legal compliance, or player protection.
